Overview

We offer grassed sites, concrete slab sites, and astroturf sites.

We allow one caravan/ tent/motorhome per site and one vehicle per site. We can accommodate coaches, 5th wheelers, motorhomes, caravans, camp trailers or tent/swags.

The overall size (including the drawbar and any racks/ bumpers/ spare tyres on the rear) of the van is needed when making your booking. Please ensure you mention if you are towing with a large vehicle (Dodge, Chev or Ram etc), as not all sites can accommodate a large van and large vehicle of those kinds.

All our powered sites are pet-friendly all year round (fees apply during Christmas and Easter peak periods).

We will only accept environmental mats to be placed on our grassed sites, no hard canvas/mats/tarps or swags/tents can be used on our grassed sites.

Enjoy our BBQ entertaining area, open to all guests with free BBQ and large picnic tables, TV, and a coin-operated coffee machine. Have a go at giant chess, splash around in the outdoor pool, hire pedal karts and free Wi-Fi is available to all our guests.

Changes & cancellations

  • The cancellation policy reflects the dates booked, altering booking dates will see the cancellation policy enforced, please keep this in mind if you choose to change your booking dates for any reason.
  • The cancellation policy is firm regardless of the notice given to cancel this booking or the reason for cancellation.
  • We do not refund any monies or apply any credits for late arrivals or early departures of any kind, in the event of inclement weather, cancelled or postponed local events, fires, floods, or pandemics/ catastrophes.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Individual Bookings:

Refunds will be given provided that 30 days or more notice is given. If less than 30 days' notice is given, a refund of the full payment will only be given for the number of nights the vacancy is resold. If the vacancy is not resold, the entire stay amount will be forfeited. Any refunds given will be minus a $25.00 administration fee.

Group Bookings

Refunds will be given provided that 60 days or more notice is given. If less than 60 days' notice is given, a refund of the full payment will only be given for the number of nights the vacancy is resold. If the vacancy is not resold, the entire stay amount will be forfeited. Any refunds given will be minus a $25.00 administration fee.

Pets

Dogs are welcome all year round on powered sites and specific cabins at BIG4 Moama Holiday Park. 

Deposits & payments

To confirm your booking, one's night deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

For Group bookings, 50% of the total tariff is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
