BIG4 Deniliquin now have more than 11 awards proudly on display at their holiday park. In 2017 they won at the NSW Tourism Awards after being inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2016, won gold at the 2016 and 2015 Australian Tourism Awards, and in 2014 were inducted into the Inland Tourism Hall of Fame.
Background
As teenagers, back in the 1980’s, Frank and Lynda holidayed in the park every summer enjoying their passion of water skiing. Over the years, they saw the potential of the dirt based site with a few old caravans and tents and in 2001, together with Bruce and Glenys Catto, became the proud owners.
Working together, they invested many hours of hard work into their dream until the park emerged into the hallmark destination it is today helping put the small town of Deniliquin and the Riverina region on the radar.
Located right on the banks of the magnificent Edward River, BIG4 Deniliquin Holiday Park is the perfect destination for a memorable family holiday. The heated water splash park has a giant water bucket and water slide, there’s a resort pool with beach entry, smaller heated pool, giant jumping pillow, basketball and tennis court, pedal go-karts, 18 hole mini golf course, BBQs, a conference/function centre and water sports and skiing facilities.
The park provides guests with a variety of accommodation including riverfront cabins, riverfront powered sites, wheel chair friendly cabins and along with ensuite and powered caravan sites, makes this ideal for all holidaymakers, including families, skiers, fishermen and travellers at an affordable price.
