Overview
BIG4 Tathra Beach's ultimate caravan, camping and motorhome powered sites are the Ensuite Powered Sites. There's no more convenient choice when caravanning or camping than having your own private shower, toilet and handbasin ensuite right at the door of your tent or caravan. There is a choice of slab powered ensuite sites or grass ensuite powered site. Camp or caravan at Tathra Beach in comfort.

Reception hours
Changes & cancellations
Changes and cancellations for stays during high season must be made more than 90 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 90 days of arrival the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations at other times can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival. A $25 admin fee will apply to all cancellations when a refund is applicable.
Bookings Staying (19th December 2025 - 25th January 2026)
- Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 1 December 2025.
- Modifications to bookings after 1 December 2025 will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost.
- Cancellations made to bookings are allowed up to 1 December 2025.
- Cancellations made to bookings after 1 December will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost, with the remaining 75% of total booking cost held in credit until 1 April 2026 for use in a future booking
- Refunds are not offered for reduction in nights stayed due to changes in weather.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Booking must be made under the name of person attending the park
- Total occupant numbers must be listed on the reservation.
- All attempts to accommodate room / site requests will be made however we cannot guarantee a specific room or site.
Bookings Staying (2nd - 6th April 2026)

- Modifications to bookings within the 30 days prior to arrival window will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost. Note, moving dates of reservation outside of the peak Easter period constitutes a booking cancellation and subsequent rebooking.

RECEPTION HOURS
Reception hours are 8am to 6pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Fees may apply to arrivals after 8pm. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
- Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation.
- A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in.
- Any damage caused may be charged against that card.
- Minimum stay periods may apply.
- With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted.
- Check out time is 10am.
- Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available.
- Check in time is from 2pm.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to, Not be the person named on the booking request, Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card, Not be able to pay for any charges, May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests, May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour, Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age, Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.
We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
