Bangalay welcomes guests to a special evening by the fireplace, featuring an exclusive Far Meadow Table dinner curated by acclaimed chef Iain Smart. After an international career in French and Mediterranean-style restaurants, Iain held the position of Sous Chef at the Michelin-starred Chez Bruce in London. He later returned to Australia to open a popular neighbourhood café in Petersham before relocating to the NSW South Coast. There, alongside his wife Kath, he founded Far Meadow Table—a much-loved local dining experience that quickly became a favourite among both locals and visitors.
