In 2017, Bart and Liz made the exciting decision to relocate to the breathtaking Snowy Mountains from the picturesque South Coast, where they purchased a charming brewery. They swapped the sandy beaches and surf culture for the stunning snowy landscapes and ski slopes.
After acquiring the brewery, they dedicated considerable time and effort to restoring the establishment to its former glory, ensuring it retained its unique character and charm. Their hard work came to fruition when they proudly opened their doors to the public during the Easter period in 2018. Bart, who is the head brewer, has taken on the role of the creative mastermind behind all our exceptional beers, crafting each recipe with passion and expertise.
