Standard Cabin

The initial deposit is non-refundable and not available as a credit if cancelled more than:

• 30 days prior to arrival in Peak Season
• 30 days prior to arrival for Special Events

All payments made will be forfeited if cancelled within the above time periods.

Special Rates, Offers and Discounts:

• 100% of the full prepayment will be forfeited if cancelled.
• 14 days prior to arrival in Mid/Low Season.
• All bookings are subject to a $15 admin fee when cancelled outside 14 days of scheduled arrival.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival will result in forfeit of all funds, we understand special circumstances occur and guests can email info@canobolascaravanpark.com.au if thry wish to apply for special consideration.

A non-refundable initial deposit of the first night’s rate is required at time of booking.

Final Payment is due at:

• Peak Season: 21 days prior to arrival.
• Low & Mid-Season: For bookings longer than 7 days, the first-week balance is due on arrival. Payment for the balance of the remainder of the stay should be made every 7 days thereafter.
• Special Rates, Offers and Discounts: Full prepayment is required at time of booking.

Full prepayment is required at the time of booking if travel is within:

• Peak Season, Bathurst 1000 Races.
• 24 hours prior to arrival in Mid/Low Season.

• Site Selection Fee: Whilst we will always do our best to honour your paid guaranteed site selection, there may be instances due to circumstances beyond our control that we do need to move you to another site. If we are unable to honour your guaranteed site, BIG4 Canobolas Caravan Park will refund the applicable Site Selection fee to the guest.

Dogs are welcome on sites at BIG4 Canobolas Caravan Park.

• Cabins are not pet friendly. Pets are not permitted in the cabins.
• Pets are not permitted in any park facilities at any time (laundry, BBQ areas, amenities etc.).
• Owners must dispose of any animal wastes promptly and appropriately by picking up, wrapping and sealing the waste in a plastic bag and disposing of it in the SKIP BINS ONLY provided throughout the park.
• All pets need to be leashed and/or securely contained at all times.
• Pets are not to cause any disturbance or nuisance to other residents or guests and/or their pets.
• Pets are to be kept under supervision at all times. Pets must not be left unattended under any circumstances.
• Pet owners agree to take full responsibility for any injury or damage required by their animal whilst within the boundaries of the Park and agrees to pay any claims of compensation.
• Pets are not to restrict caretakers from performing their duties.
• Washing or drying of pet products in laundry machines is not permitted.
• BIG4 Canobolas Caravan Park Pty Ltd are not responsible for any injuries or death of pets whilst they on the premises.
• Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate eviction without refund.

General

• The booking terms and conditions outlined below apply to BIG4 Canobolas Caravan Park.
• Management reserves the right to amend or alter prices (other than for confirmed bookings), sites and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
• BIG4 Canobolas Caravan Park takes website bookings up to 50 weeks in advance.
• Whilst we endeavour to meet our guests’ requests, site/cabin preference is not guaranteed and may be altered by Park Management at any stage before your arrival.
• You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid form of ID and payment method to stay with us if you are not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Rates are based on two persons. Additional charges apply for bookings of three persons or more (both adults and children).
• For purposes of booking, age ranges are classed as;
  • Infant – 3 and under
  • Child – 4 to 17 inclusive
  • Adult – 18 and over
• All guests will be required to complete a guest registration form prior to or upon arrival at Park. Failure to do this may result in refusal of your reservation.
• All guests must abide by Park Rules, guidelines, signage and reasonable
• A valid credit card must be provided for all bookings to secure your reservation with us. The guest credit card must match the name on the Reservation. The guest whose signature appears on the guest registration form shall be deemed responsible to pay for all room/site costs and agrees that all costs will be paid prior to departure. Any payments not able to be recovered directly from a guest will be referred to a debt collection agency with the cost of collection being added to the debt to be collected.
• The guest authorises the park to deduct any outstanding room/site costs, fees, damage charges, etc from their given credit card. Any damages or loss incurred from your cabin or site may also be charged to this card, including, but not limited to, loss of items from your cabin, damages or non-returns of hire equipment, loss of keys or damages to the site. Should you not be able to provide a valid credit card, a $300 cash bond and a copy of your photo ID is required for all bookings.
• Credit Card Pre-Authorisation: A pre-authorisation of your credit card may be required. A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorisation is not a charge, and no funds are debited from your account.
• BIG4 Canobolas Caravan Park will not be held responsible for, or liable to compensate loss, theft, or damage to personal property on, or brought into the accommodation/site or in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation/site.
• Personal information collected may be used for direct marketing purposes where, in absence of an objection, implied consent is assumed. Reflections Holidays will also provide options for a person to opt out of receiving marketing material.
• The number of guests on the sites or in the accommodation at any one time shall not exceed the number of guests declared on the booking information, otherwise additional fees may be incurred.
• Occupancy is granted under the acceptance of the above-mentioned terms and conditions in accordance with the park rules (subject to change without notice). Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy due to any breach of the above.
• BIG4 Canobolas Caravan Park reserves the right to refuse or decline your booking at any time without reason. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park for any reason we so determine in our discretion.
• You have no ownership rights over the reserved cabin or site to resell to a third party. Subletting is not permitted.
• If the guest is seeking special consideration over and above our standard cancellation policy, Reflections reserves the right to request satisfactory evidence to support the guest request which may include medical certificate or other documentary evidence.

Minimum Length of Stay

• The minimum length of stays applies during seasonal periods.

Guest Account Credit

• Guest Account Credit must be used within 12 months of the date of the credit being processed. If the credit is not used for a stay prior to the expiry date will be void, of no value and any unused value will not be refunded.
• Guest Account Credit Is only redeemable for accommodation or site fees at BIG4 Canobolas Caravan Park and is not redeemable for cash or any other products or services.
• Guest Account Credit may be used in part or full, and any remaining value can be used towards subsequent purchases of accommodation within the 12-month validity period.
• An existing valid Guest Account Credit may be used for the deposit if the value of the guest credit is greater than the total of the booking. If the total of the booking is greater than the guest credit, full payment of the deposit is required and then the credit will be applied to the balance.
• Any further cancellation once the Guest Account Credit has been applied to a replacement booking will still be treated as the same cancellation date as when the 12-month validity period commenced, that is any subsequent cancellation will not result in a new validity period. Once expiry date is set, it is not extendable.
• Once a guest credit has been offered and accepted, no subsequent refunds will be offered.
• A guest account credit cannot be transferred to any other guest bookings. The name the credit is held under must match the guest's name on the booking.
  

Early Departures and No Shows

• No refunds are given for unused portions of your booking, including no-shows and early departures or cancellations after you or your party has arrived at the park. A no-show is when you do not check-in on the day of your confirmed date of arrival. Please note that if you or your party do not arrive on the date of your arrival, your cabin/site may not be available if no prior communication about your booking has been received.
• Should you wish to vacate your accommodation or site early due to weather conditions or any other reason, tariffs and deposits paid are not refundable or available as a guest account credit if you depart early.
• BIG4 Canobolas Caravan Park reserves the right to refuse or decline your booking at any time without reason. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park for any reason we so determine in our discretion (including for our own purposes).
• You have no ownership rights over the reserved cabin or site to resell to a third party. Subletting is not permitted.
• Our standard terms and conditions for bookings will still apply should you wish to.
• By making a booking online at canobolascaravanpark.com.au over the phone, in person or via our third party sites you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
